I love making cakes with fondant.

One of the best parts of my job is to make beautiful cakes with fondant, many people do not like to eat the fondant for being so sweet. But the fondant allows us to do many things to decorate the cakes.

This beautiful cake is made for a teacher. Her daughter is my friend and she asked me to make a small cake with little things about school. I know that I still have to learn how to model more in fondant, but I love the cakes decorated with fondant.

I love working in fondant! The cakes are much more beautiful.
