Nothing more beautiful than remembering those jobs that have made me happy! I made this beautiful cake a year ago to celebrate the first month of a little girl's life.

This cake was vanilla. Today I will share with you my vanilla cake recipe.

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of wheat flou
  • Half a cup of milk
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • Lemon zest

What helps me make my cakes fluffy is to beat the egg whites with half the sugar until they are about to snow and add them to the other preparation. This brings softness to our mix.

For this cake I made more than 300 fondant flowers. But I think it was worth it because it is a beautiful cake.
