Drinking lukewarm water first thing in the morning is how I start my day as well, I find it amazingly beneficial ⭐️

Most mornings I just eat some oats with whatever toppings I have on hand but these breakfasts have inspired me to take my breakfasts to a new level! 🔥

How do you make almond-cinnamon latte? It sounds absolutely delicious 🤤

I drink lukewarm water in the morning (often with some lemon or apple vinegar) for it health benefits too!
