East European Breakfast

Hope you don't mind I share this morning's fine breakfast with you. Here you see tomatoes, green peppers, chicken ham, white cheese (what many Western's refer to as Greek cheese, when in fact it's widely used across the Balkans), and some poached eggs (what people in Bulgaria call "яйца на очи" or "eye style eggs").

The empty glass to the top left was soon after filled with "ayran" - a mix of yogurt and cold water, usually with some added salt. Out of the frame - some dark bread, of which I try to eat as little as possible, because of my big ass.
