Dish for Chinese new year and anyone who likes it?
Chinese banana in butter
2 bananas
150 grams rice flour
powdered sugar
180 ml sparkling water
120 ml peanut oil
Mix the flour with sugar and sparkling water until it reaches a consistency of a yoghurt. Now peel and cut bananas in half, heat the oil in deep fry pan. Dip banana in butter you have made and fry for a few minutes.
