smell

Well, this is definitely the herb of herbal teas so far. It smells like dried plants from the herb garden. Nothing bad about the smell, but nothing really enticing about it either.

looks

It looks like someone who needs to drink more water before there next pee test. Not that many teas are great looking, so don't expect much from this. At least you can see if any of the leaves got into the cup when you pour it.

taste

There really isn't anything outstanding about the taste. Green tea usually doesn't have a strong flavor in the first place, but this seems weaker than that. I will be drinking a lot of this tomorrow, so I will see if the taste hinders or helps. At the end of the day, the 3 PM Flat Belly did have a noticeable after taste, but it did keep my sugar cravings down.

conclusion

I will be drinking more of this tomorrow. The health benefits are something to notice if I choose to drink this long-term. Based on how my tongue feels tomorrow, I will determine if this is a keeper. But, right now, it isn't winning any points.
