What I Think of The Tea Spot tea Ceylon Orange Pekoe

CEYLON ORANGE PEKOE
Crisp & Aromatic

benefits

  • Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Viral
  • Anti-Oxidant, Anti-Aging
  • Calorie-free, Fat-free, Gluten-free

smell

Well, even though the sub title says "aromatic" , I didn't find anything extra appealing about the smell. It is basically a straight black tea smelling tea.

looks

The looks make it close to what brewed southern tea looks like, which is a nice brown color. It isn't completely opaque, but not watered down looking. The leaves themselves are just the black tea with no added extras for color.

taste

If you were to take unsweetened iced-tea and make it a bit stronger, then you would have this tea. My tongue got a little worn out near the end of the work day.

conclusion

I am coming to the conclusion that drinking a lot of black tea through the day might have plenty of benefits, but it might be keeping me up at night. The Ceylon Orange Pekoe didn't keep me from almost falling asleep during a meeting today, so I am either losing too much sleep at night or this isn't as powerful as the other black teas. I think that I prefer some more added flavor to my tea.

Huh interesting the black tea, you think, may be keeping you up at night. I go from coffee to tea at times. Coffee would be my first pick but when I'm drinkin' tea I like taylors lemon/orange. Thanks for the review. Ill check it out.

It could be other things, but, after three nights, I should be tired enough to sleep.

Except for a few breaks over the weekend, because I was away from home, I'm not drinking coffee or other drinks.

Hmmm just out of curiosity are you eating lots of fruits?

No, cutting down on sugars and carbs.

Hmmm I know that fruits will give you loads of energy. By the way sugar from fruits is fructose not refined sugar found in everything we call food. Fructose is actually extremely good for the human body. You might even say it's the fuel our bodies need. A whole other topic though. Well, if what you say is true the only other suggestion I would have off the top of my head is to un-plug your wifi and turn everything off before bed and see if that helps? TV, cpu's, phones. hell even blue lighted alarm clocks all put out blue light while your sleeping which messes with Melatonin levels and production. Wifi really messes with it disrupting sleep patterns. I don't know if it's a rabbit hole you want to look into but it may be helpful to you? Anyway keep us informed brother! Enjoyed.

I'm familiar with Electromagnetic Fields and blockers.

Nice! Nice to meet another awakened. Well, I'm outta suggestions tonight but I'll think more on it. If your diet is high protein that could be an issue also due to body chemistry changing to more acidic. Dairy will form more mucus also adding to acidity. Somethin' to consider?

Well, the only thing I have changed in my diet is switching from Mountain Dew to the tea samplers I've been doing. I'm going to drink water tomorrow at work, which will be hard, because I need the flavor.

Thanks for the suggestions.
