Easy and economical Bread Budin

Ingredients
10 servings
600 gr. Bread
250 gr. Sugar
1 liter milk
4 Eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
300 gr. Sugar for caramel
150 gr. Raisins (optional)

Steps
45 minutes

Prepare the caramel and pour it into a pudding. Reserve.
Heat the milk with the sugar and turn it over the bread cut into small cubes.

Lightly beat the eggs and add them to the mixture with the vanilla essence. Then add the raisins.

Pour the preparation into the caramelized mold (in this case I did it in two 20 cm molds. If you want you can make half of the recipe.)
To take to oven of 180 degrees by 45 'approximately, to bath Maria.

Let cool for a few minutes, then unmold.

You can serve it alone or accompanied with a serving of Chantilly cream.
