APRENDE A PREPARAR DULCE DE LECHE
El consumo de dulce de leche se extiende por toda América Latina, es muy utilizado en postres como alfajores,pasteles, helados, etcétera. Sigue los pasos de esta receta y haz tu primer dulce de leche casero!
INGREDIENTES
►2 litros de leche
►1 chaucha de vainilla
►500 gramos de azúcar refinería o en pancitos
PREPARACIÓN
-Verter la leche en una cacerola
-Añadir el azúcar y la vainilla.
-Colocar sobre el fuego y hacer hervir sin dejar de revolver
-Cuando está a punto retirar de la cocción y dejar enfriar
-El punto se conoce tomando un poquito de dulce entre los dedos; al separarlos debe crujir.
