青城山六善酒店28宿中餐厅
青城山六善酒店位于风景如画的青城山风景区，靠近世界自然文化遗产都江堰。
酒店秉承著名的六善负责任豪华观，以精心的设计将当地建筑风格和景观结合，呈现浓厚文化气息的同时，不失现代之感。
中午1点左右到达酒店，于是就饥肠辘辘的赶到中餐厅用餐。通常酒店餐厅感觉都是又贵又不好吃，不过在六善酒店的28宿中餐厅，真正体会到了五星级酒店餐厅的魅力。
28宿中餐厅简介：
不论是单点还是套餐，均以现代方式完全诠释川菜的精髓，同时保留原汁原味。此外还提供粤菜、苏菜和鲁菜。

餐前开胃小菜，豆干和笋干，非常开胃爽口。
竹笋炒老腊肉，四川传统风味菜。（Smoked pork with bamboo shoots，TRADITIONAL SICHUAN FLAVOR）- 这道菜的特点是鲜咸。老腊肉的咸提升了竹笋的新鲜，竹笋的爽口也很好的中和了腊肉的油腻，烘托了腊肉的香气，搭配得非常出色。
XO酱鸡腿菇爆鸡片，青城山特色健康菌类菜品。（Mushroom with chicken breast in XO sauce，QING CHENG LOCAL MUSHROOMS）- 原料十分新鲜，菇和鸡肉都炒得恰到好处，鲜嫩可口。
青城绿茶薰肋排 (青城四绝之一)，六善酒店特色菜。（Smoked pork rib with Qing Cheng green tea，CHEF SIGNATURE DISHES）- 上面是炸过的绿茶茶叶，酥脆可口，肉排很入味，吃起来满口肉香，嫩而多汁，绿茶又很好地中和了肉排的油腻感，整体很平衡，不愧为青城四绝之一。
扬州炒饭。香软可口，火候到位，堪称炒饭中的极品。只能用那首歌来形容了：嘿 蛋炒饭 最简单也最困难 中国五千年 火的艺术 就在这一盘。
餐厅内，全木质摆设，古色古香。
餐厅外，生机勃勃的自种有机菜园。
这次六善酒店中餐厅用餐体验颠覆了我对高级酒店餐厅的看法。六善酒店在中国现在也只有青城山一家，有机会还要去其他国家的六善酒店体验和享受。
