(Video Review) Brae Cookbook by Dan Hunter. Simply brilliant!

I made this film a month or so back about the book "Brae" by Dan Hunter, an incredible chef in Australia.

I have to say it is one of my favourite cookbooks, not only due to the quality of his food (which I really really want to sample) but also because of his passion which comes through so strongly. It is one of those books that doubles up as bedtime reading, or perhaps on a lazy weekend with a cheeky glass of wine (or two).

If you like these video reviews please let me know and I will make more. I collect cookbooks and have around 200 or so.
