Off tasteem post - teaaroi

When I was preparing the post and every information needed, towards the last minute I check if there's official website so I can attached together, only I found out teaaroi is an international franchise. So, no tasteem support. If I insist to post there, I'm risking to be banned. It's kinda bummer when you one have clearly prepared for a post that may earn a participation upvote, and suddenly everything goes south because one of the criteria didn't met.

First of all, I would like to introduce you to this special outlet in Ipoh, my home town. It's a special place to me, and I believe it's special to many Chinese around the world, due to the mixed culture in this place, makes the people around here cooking slightly differently... atleast in a good way.

Kit you not, this place is properly endorsed by so many government officials, as if the shop owner is actually "infroming" anyone who trying to be funny with him with law, he's well protected.

As everybody aware, recently the "black sugar" has been really popular around this asian region. You can find anywhere around the corner, there will be one shop that has the similar concept. Selling boba tea, with crazily thick caramelized sugar marbling in milk drinks. Anyway, the family preferred to have punch as well. So, less gasie.

If you asked me, how good the black sugar is? I'd say, it basically tasted absolutely nothing, other than heavy aspertame. The more you drink, the more you feel thirsty and hungry. Family friend decided to try something else.

So we actually having fun and a long due chat with each others.Never have we believe after Christmas, the scene has totally changed.

The next time we came back, thing has totally changed. You see it's not about how sweet your tea is, it's not about how placing a catchy discount, to trick customer will work. In the end, Ipoh is a town that is famous for it's sweetness and milkiness.

And here is the menu for your reference. Will I come back again? Looking at their price, it's like half of Starbucks, and this has so much more choices, ofcourse I will come back. They better stay for a little longer.
