To be honest, I'm a little 'Soft' when it comes to meats anyway. I tend to only eat Chicken, Turkey and Beef.

I grant you that one shouldn't dismiss something before trying but there's the 'psychology' of it at play too. Thanks for sharing though! If I was stuck on a desert island I know who I'd want to team up with!!!!
