Fresh raw Saucel – Sambal Ganja (Asam Udeung)

On this occasion I want to share recipes how to make Marijuana Sauce (Asam udeung) famous in Aceh, hear the word cannabis surely we are familiar, marijuana is a banned plant because it has effects such as narcotics and can make users dependence, but make no mistake, making ssauce that I want to share this time even though it is called soggy sauce but in the process of making it does not use the leaves of cannabis plant at all. But why is this dish called marijuana sauce? Given the name of soggy sauce because people who have tried to eat this chili sauce will miss with the taste that is delicious and unique so addictive and want to try it constantly, but for those who want to try it does not need all the way to come to Aceh because we can make it yourself at home , the ingradients is simple and how to make it easy, Well here's the recipe.

Ingadients :

1. Ebi, ebi is a food ingredient derived from small shrimps that are preserved by way of dried. In choosing a ebi, you should choose a clean ebi, not destroyed, and still shrimp-shaped though small in size. This indicates that the ebi is made from fresh shrimp.
2. 4 orange leaves
3. 10 fruit belimbing wuluh
4. 6 onion grains
5. 6 pieces of cayenne pepper
6. Salt and sugar to taste

How to process:

• fairy tale ebi until cooked and remove the typical smell of shrimp.

• Cut roughly starfruit, onion and orange leaves for easy to in puree.

• Put all the ingredients into one plate and roughly tear all the ingredients.

• Add salt and sugar to taste for flavor enhancer.

• Asam Udeung ( Sambal Ganja) ready to serve.

A refreshing taste and more delicious when eaten with warm rice. Basic ingredients of Acid is shrimp and starfruit fresh, plus fresh onion and a little salt. Asam Udeung is not exactly said to cook because if the shrimp used is ebi (kecepe / sabee) or dried shrimp, it is more properly referred to as Asam Udeung sour raw sauce. Unless the shrimp is in use is fresh boiled shrimp. it's up to you to use which one, because there are several ways to make it, the main ingredient remains the type of shrimp and star fruit.
