Tripe is a place to digest cow's food coming from its stomach. This is where the cow's food in the absorption of for the energy so that animals will survive live.

How to make a tripe rendang:

  • Prepare water to boil tripe, and cook tripe until tender and cooked. After tripe cook drain.

  • Put coconut milk on the pan and cook for a while.

  • Enter the spice that has been in the puree, and stir until the spice blends with coconut milk.

  • Add sliced leaves of turmeric, lime leaves and cereal into coconut milk.

  • After coconut milk boiling, input the slices that have been cut into small pieces and stir until the spices absorb with tripe and do not forget to add salt to taste according to taste.

  • Wait a few moments until the tripe rendang becomes ripe and dry.

  • Rendang tripe has been cooked, and ready to eat.


However, not many know that there is a long process to make a previously disgusting foodstuffs into a dish that shakes the tongue. Care should be taken to clean up the process of cow slugs more attractive to the eyes and the smell does not sting.
