Here's a simple tutorial on making 'Broccoli Fritatta'. This is my way of doing it simple and a little cheat sheet for you to make one. It's sorta like an omelette way of doing this instead of putting it in an oven and it taste equally delicious too.

It's also a 1 pan dish so your cleanup will be much easier and quicker which I'm sure anyone that cooks would love to minimize washing up if they could.
