It looks fantastic @progressivechef! Unfortunately the town I just moved to has no international market... so I can't buy curry leaves :/ I have some dried ones but the aroma/ flavor is weak. But this dish looks simply awesome!
Oh that's sad to hear! You are right about fresh curry leaves, the aroma is just wonderful, the dried ones is not so good also!
I hope you can try it one day!
