Barbeque in Portland, Maine
Hello Steemit friends!
Today we made a beautiful barbeque after arriving with the vessel Celebrity Summit in Portland Maine.
Ingredients:
- Charcoal
- Oregano leaves
- Onions
- garlic
- Oil Olive
- Kikoman soy sauce
- bread
- rice
- chicken meat
- pig meat
- lamb
- shrimp
- salt
- soft drinks (Fanta and Cola)
- mineral water no gas.
A great barbeque deserves a great salad and for that we had:
- tomatoes
- green peppers
- cheese
- onions and garlic
We just cut all the ingredients and over then we put salt, oil and little bit of kikoman sauce.
Bread on barbeque:
For that we cut some bread slices and then put them in a mixture of lemon, oregano seeds, olive oil and kikoman soy sauce:
We soak the bread slices on the mixture we made and then put them on the barbeque and leave them just few seconds, because they will be done very fast.
I must say it was very delicious and for a few minutes I relaxed a little bit!

Yeah this is the life on the sea, always going from one place to another but sometimes you can see some wonderful things and visit beautiful places.

I loved the spiced bread that we put on barbeque and I must say it added flavor to our cooking!
Also our choice in lemon and not vinegar like some people do was a good one not only for flavor but for choising something more healthy.
