Watermelon is a very useful and great fruit.It is very delicious sweat fruit.It has many benefits that are very important for our body. It is also contain Vitamins A,B and C and it is also a great source of carbohydrates,fiber and protein.It has also great and very important minerals like iron,potassium calcium and magnesium.It is also contains some mineral acids like enzymes and natural sugars.I has many benefits and I will show you here some of its benefits.

1. Hydrates The Body


Watermelon also know as a superfood.It is also good for your health as well as it is very useful for your beauty.Watermelon is one of these fruits which can hydrates your body during hot summer days.Watermelon has more than 90% water.which will help us to reduce our body's temperature during very hot days.Also, it has essential rehydration salts which hydrates our body and reduce the risk of dehydration. Actually watermelon can hydrate your body better than water due to its combination of salts and minerals. If you want to stay well hydrate your body during the hot summer days than you should drink 1-2 glasses of watermelon everyday.

2. Improves Eye Health


This is one of the best benefit of watermelon to make your eye healthy.It is extremely good for our eyes.It is also a great source of beta-carotene which converted in vitamin A in our body.Vitamin A also protect us from many eye diseases like macular degeneration,night blindness and other age related problems.Watermelon has also contain vitamin C which is also important for our eye protection.For your vision health you should eat one cup of watermelon everyday.
