Hey folk @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Pineapple. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.

The pineapple fruit is recognized to offer several health benefits

Treats Arthritis

Pineapple has the ability to reduce muscle and joint inflammation, especially inflammation associated with arthritis. It contains a rare proteolytic enzyme called bromelain that helps break down complex proteins and has anti-inflammatory effects.

Boosts Immunity

Pineapple has high amount of vitamin C, making it one of the richest sources of ascorbic acid. Vitamin C helps decrease disease and enhances the immune system by stimulating the activity of leukocytes.

Speeds up Wound Healing

High levels of vitamin C in pineapple can help you quickly heal wounds and injuries and protect you against diseases and infections. Vitamin C plays an important role in creating collagen.

Aids in Digestion

Fiber-rich pineapple promotes food to pass through the digestive tract at a normal rate and stimulates the release of stomach and digestive fluids to help dissolve food.

Treats Cough and Cold

Pineapple is ironic in vitamin C and bromelain, so it helps treat and prevent respiratory diseases while eliminating mucus and sputum in the body if you are infected with a disease or infection. Both of these nutrients are associated with decreased mucus and mucus accumulation in the airways and sinus cavities.

Relieves Asthma

Pineapple helps relieve asthma symptoms. It contains essential nutrients such as bromelain, beta-carotene and vitamin C, which help reduce the inflammation that asthma patients often experience.

This article is NOT bad but there's a couple of conspicuous issues that should be pointed out

  • It lacks citations of studies or scientific papers. A properly researched paper will include at least some links to Pubmed or quotations from the abstracts of researchers.
  • It lacks meaningful anecdotes. There should be abundant anecdotal evidence for the benefits described.
  • It lacks honest discussion of the downsides of what's being recommended. Everything has a downside.
