Hey folk @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Passionfruit. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits. The inside of the passion fruit is full of solid, juicy and abundant seeds. As long as there is no frost all year long, you can find passion fruit in almost all the hot climates of the world.

Health Benefits of Passion Fruit

I am focussing on healt aspects that we can get by adding foods in our routine diet. In this regard, Passionfruit aids in many aspects of health like:

Rich in Vitamin A

In addition to its anti-cancer properties, vitamin A is also associated with eye health, including the prevention of macular degeneration, cataracts and night blindness.

Reduces Blood Pressure

If you eat a fruit of passion fruit every day, you can immediately meet a quarter of potassium needs. For many reasons, potassium is very important mineral in the body, due to its vasodilator role. It relaxes blood vessel tension and promotes increased blood flow. This reduces stress on the heart and increases overall cardiovascular health.

This is very informative i never knew eating passionfruits would be of so much help to the body and our immune system, i never knew eating of passionfruits would reduce blood Pressure i think i need to try this "PASSIONFRUITS"
