Grilled carp
To prepare grilled carp we use portions of fresh (no frozen) carp, whose weight does not exceed 3 kg. Large fish also contain much more fat. We wash and dry each serving. Serve every serving with all the oil, sprinkle with light crushed caraway, Provencal spices and pressed garlic according to taste. Salt and pepper. Place the carp directly on the hot grill bar and grill for 8-10 minutes until the typical golden-brown color begins to appear on the flesh. Serve with baked bread and vegetable garnish.
