The best low calorie mango tiramisu!

It's the adaptation of a recipe given to me by a friend, who had also versioned it. In his case he used a variety of fruits and it was spectacular. Since he showed it to me, I knew I had to do it and it has been a success among our friends and family

Ingredients
10 servings
1 kg Greek yoghurt 0% unsweetened (used 0% to remove fat from dessert and was perfect)
3 cups mascarpone cheese (250gr)
3 large/varied mangoes of fruit to taste (strawberries, kiwi, apple, pear, berries...)
Sugar to taste (approx. 6 tablespoons)
1 little coffee
1/2 packet of digestive biscuits
1 little cocoa powder or similar

Sugar to taste (approx. 6 tablespoons)
1 little coffee
1/2 packet of digestive biscuits
1 little cocoa powder or similar

Steps
First of all, the yogurt and mascarpone are mixed in a bowl with a few sticks until a homogeneous cream is obtained.

Add sugar to taste and continue mixing with the sticks. Leave to rest in the fridge while we carry out the other steps.

Crushing the cookies, I made it using a zip bag and a kneading roller, so that there will be irregular pieces and powder of cookies.

Peel the handles and cut them into cubes. It is easy to make vertical and horizontal stripes with a knife and then cut over the bone.

Take the cups and start putting on layers: biscuits bathed with a little coffee, the cream that we had reserved in the fridge, pieces of mango, another layer of cream, followed by another layer of mango and another last layer of cream.

Finally, sprinkle a little bit of the crushed biscuits and a little cocoa on top.

Enjoy our delicious dessert!!

Note: you can replace the mango with strawberries and kiwi for example, any light fruit will be perfect for the cream.
