Red Fruits Cheesecake - Paleo Recipe

Hi everyone!
How was your New Year's Eve?
My night wasn't very good since I had cold and did not enjoy the party very much. I hope this passes quickly, that I get better in an instant. Yesterday I tried a new recipe, a red fruit cheesecake, paleo version.
Who says you can not eat a cheesecake? Of course you can, but without exaggeration.

A minha noite não foi lá muito boa, pois estive constipada e não aproveitei muito a festa. Espero que isto passe rápido, que fique boa num instante. Ontem experimentei uma receita nova, um cheesecake de frutos vermelhos, versão paleo.
Quem disse que não podem comer um cheesecake? Claro que podem, mas sem exageros.

Ingredients:

  • Sugarless cookies
  • 150g of Mascarpone Cheese
  • 3dl of cream
  • 4 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 100g of frozen red fruits

Directions:

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, add brown sugar and mix in mascarpone cheese. After hitting the cream, put the previous mixture on the whipped cream and mix everything.
In a pan heat the red fruits until they are in a pulp and dissolve the gelatin sheet in the pulp.
Grind the wafer and put a little melted butter, mix everything until the dough is moldable.
Place this pasta in a form, above the mixture of the mascarpone cheese and the whipped cream and finally put the red fruit pulp.
The preparation goes to the freezer for 10/15 minutes and is ready to serve.

Ingredientes:

  • Bolacha maria sem açúcar
  • 150g de Queijo Mascarpone
  • 3dl de natas
  • 4 folhas de gelatina neutra
  • 2 colheres de sopa de água a ferver
  • 100g de frutos vermelhos congelados

Preparação:
Dissolver a gelatina na água a ferver, adicionar açúcar mascavado e misturar no queijo mascarpone. Depois de bater as natas, colocar a mistura anterior nas nata batidas e misturar tudo.
Numa panela aquecer os frutos vermelhos até ficarem numa polpa e dissolver a folha de gelatina nessa polpa.
Triturar a bolacha e colocar um pouco de manteiga derretida, misturar tudo até a massa ser moldável.
Colocar essa massa numa forma, por cima a mistura do queijo mascarpone e das natas batidas e por fim colocar a polpa de frutos vermelhos.
O preparado vai ao congelador durante 10/15min e está pronto a servir.
