MY OWN, Sauteed Bitter Groud or ”Ginisang Ampalaya” in Tagalog...
Good day to all my steemian friends. As an Overseas Filipino Worker or so-called OFW, saving money is one of the top priority in order for you to survive in abroad... one way of cost saving is doing this “baon” or packed meal for lunch as we work 8 hrs a day with lunch break.
Going back to healthy eating so I made a dish today!
Start with,
1 glove of garlic slice
1 Meduim size union slice
1 Medium size Tomato slice
1/2 Kilo of Bitter Groud slice
1/2 Kilo Meduim size Shrimp
2 Eggs
Fish Sauce and Oil
First, heat the pan and put oil. When Oil is heat put garlic and union, mixed it well until the union is little cook and add the tomato. After 2minutes put the bitter groud and the shrimp together on the pan and put the cover and leave it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes mix it slowly and add the fish sauce to taste. Its up to you how many tablespoon you will add. After to minutes add the mix egg and mix it again and leave for 3 minutes.
Now my ginisang ampalaya is ready to eat..
