in #food6 years ago

Hello my lovely foodies in the steemit!
Happy Sunday to everyone, and I hope you to pass the end of your week happily and without stress.
So today I will show you how to make traditional Moroccan bread with whole wheat, we call it in Morocco ( al khobz), which we served it at every meal, the round loaf has a crisp crust and a soft, chewy interior.
It’s firm enough for sandwiches, and spongy enough for dipping in olive oil.
It’s a fast-and-easy bread to make !!!!!!

Shall we make this Moroccan magic bread together!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 cup of whole wheat
  • 2tbs of yeast
  • salt
  • warm water
  • mix well the ingredients well with hands to form a firm dough.
  • knead until smooth.

  • you put little flour on the top to make around form .
  • stand covered in a warm place to rise well.

  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
  • this bread should be like a pocket inside.

  • The bread are done when they get a nice golden brown color all over their surface.
And that’s it!! The breads are ready to be eaten.yum!!!
