ORANGE FLAVORED MUFFINS : Great to enjoy with some hot Moroccan Mint Tea!!!
Hello my lovely Steemians!
Today has been one of the hottest day here in Mauritius since the start of Summer and the level of humidity is just sooo high making you tired so quickly!
But anyway, despite being tired, I spent some nice time in my kitchen baking some nice muffins! It has been quite long that I did not bake my favorite Orange flavored Muffins!!
I started by making my usual recipe for the muffins and added some freshly grated orange zest and juice to give that lovely orange taste to the muffins!
Then you simply pour the batter in greased muffin cases and cook till golden brown in the oven!
This is when they came out from the oven!
The smell was simply amazing and I wanted to start eating them right there!Lol!
I added some orange marmalade and sprinkled with these colored vermicelli!
And here we go, the muffins were ready to be enjoyed!
As usual I had them with my Moroccan Mint Tea - I shared the recipe on my yesterday's post!
They were so yummy and everyone loved them! There's only couple of them left...they will surely be over by tomorrow morning!

I have a friend who at least take tea 12 glass at a day 😁.
Hahaha! But it’s not good so much green tea, maximum 2time by day.
