I will admit I am totally guilty of replacing the chai with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. But I am sure the chai would be good too!

Chai tea itself in the cookies would probably be very disgusting - however I would use my Chai spice mix and then dip the cookie in my tea...lol.
