Cooking With Love, Keto Style!
Hello All, I am Wendy of creativelywendy.com. I am a chef, diyer, artist and world traveler. I love sharing inspirational messages, pictures of my travels, recipes and DIY tutorials.
If you are familiar with the Keto woe (way of eating) then you already know that you have to be creative when you cook. You have to see food differently when you are not eating carbs and sugar.
Being a Philly girl, I just love a good hoagie. Well, when you are not eating bread, a hoagie seems like a thing of your past, right? Well, not necessarily! I took to my kitchen and made me a hoagie without the bread and OMG, was it delish!
Here's how I did it:
Get some leaf lettuce
Lay 2 leaves out and add some mayo
Add your deli meat ( I used ham, Genoa salami, and capicola ham)

Add cheese
Now, here's with the magic happens...I added onions. tomato and seasoned with oregano, olive oil and crushed read peppers (flavor explosion!)
Roll it up using parchments or deli paper
I cut mine and you should too!
ENJOY!

I can't say for sure creativelywendy but I'd like to guess you just get a gif / video on your computer and drag and drop it into the reply box. Then press post. At least, that's how you do it with images, isn't it?
