Material:

  • 1 kg of mussels
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced red pepper
  • 150 ml water
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Softened seasoning:

  • 5 spring onions, stir-fry
  • 3 cloves garlic, stir-fry
  • 5 pieces of red cayenne pepper, stir-fry wilt
  • 2 cm ginger

How to make:
