  • Take a big bowl and put meat, dal (motor/mosoor), ginger, garlic, onion and salt into it, mix well.
  • Then put the mixture into saucepan, pour water into it and bring to the boll mixing.
  • Cover and warmth over low warmth until meat, lentils and onions are delicate, around 45 minutes.
  • Then uncover and cook, stirring from time to time, until all the fluid has been absorbed. This may take no less than 60 minutes.
  • Leave to cool, and afterward mix in the Garam Masala and yogurt or cream.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of beaten egg and mix well. In the event that mixture is not very wet include a greater amount of the beaten egg. Ply exceptionally well for 10 minutes or until mixture is totally smooth.
  • Partition into 8 portions and shape each into a level circle. Put 14 teaspoonful of filling in the center. Close the meat mixture around it, squeezing edges together. Smooth delicately to frame a little round patty.
  • Shallow fry on a heavy griddle or frying pan light greased with oil. Serve hot.

No more going outside to buy a kebap? Need to try that, man. Also, how different is the taste of indian kebap(this one) from the turkish kebap?

actually I haven't tasted any turkish kebab yet. But, I think taste will vary because of using some indian Garam Masalas in Indian Kebab.

it seems delicious though, i like a lot turkish kebap, hope i'll like the taste of this one too
