Delicious bowl of wholefoods here! I just love eating foods in their whole and natural state! They are full of vitamins and minerals and fibre. Don't except cheap imitation, refined, packaged "foods"! Eat the way nature intended...

Baked bananas?! Tell me more!
This works with Thai bananas at least, you bake them when they are slightly yellow but mainly still green. Any more and they too sweet for a dinner style meal if you craving savoury, but you could bake them anytime and they be super sweet as a dessert!
