Yep. First I cut out fast food. Then I cut out all stuff that wasn't really food. Then started moving toward real, whole food, organic. Staying away from all chemicals. Then I went keto...lol.

There is so little food around, all of the sudden. Gas stations and 7/11 style stores are useless. I might buy a Topo Chico from there.

That being said, haven't gotten sick in 2 years since. Not even a cold. And I used to get sick all the time.

Here's a funny story.

I was in a pinch, trying to get some sunscreen for the beach. Crew stopped at a chain grocery store that had a pharmacy. I was reading the labels on all the sunscreens.

Pharmacist comes out and says "can I help you find something?"

Me: "Do you have any sunscreen that isn't poison?"

Pharmacist: "..."

Me: "..."

Pharmacist: "No."
