- 1 yogurt of your preferred flavor skimmed
- 1 glass (150 gr) of wheat bran
- ½ tablespoon of sunflower oil (7 g)
- 2 eggs
- ½ envelope of yeast (8 g)
- 3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (30 ml)
- 7 ½ tablespoons of brewer's yeast (75 g)
- Grated lemon (to taste)
Preparation
- Put the oven to heat at 180 ºC.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the brewer's yeast and oil.
- Add the sweetener, the lemon zest, and the yogurt.
- Mix everything well.
- Put a little oil on the bottom and on the edges of the baking tray.
- Put the mixture in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180ºC.

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- Chop the cranberries into very small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the sweetener and the oil.
- Add the eggs one by one and keep beating.
- When you have a homogeneous mixture, add honey, lemon zest, and blueberries.
- Sift the flour and baking powder to add them to the preparation.
