El tradicional locro del 1ro, de mayo, dia del trabajadorºººººThe traditional locro on May 1st, workers' day

Buenos días a todos, en este caso en ARGENTINA, el 1ro. de mayo se festeja el dia del trabajador, en donde como tal se considerado un día muy especial por el hecho de que las familias, comparten con amigos y todo es una fiesta, elaborando comidas mas sabrosas que es el locro, el cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, comenzamos colocando en esta olla, trozos de carne de cerdo y carne de res, la cual la condimentamos bien, con ajo, morrón, sal a gusto, por supuesto amigos el detalle esta que todo es cocinado con leños, es un sabor muy diferente, cuando esta la carne bien cocinada, en dichaa olla, la misma es bastante grande, para que alcance bien.

Al estar bien cocinada la carne de res y de cerdo bien trozada como se ve en la foto, con los mismo ingredientes,le agregamos un poco de agua caliente y sobre esta le agregamos, lo que se ve en la foto, que es, cebolla, morrón, papa, zapallo, zanahoria y el infaltable chorizo colorado, por supuesto cortado en julianas no muy finas, revolvemos todo y si hace falta mas agua le agregamos.

Como podemos ver, ya va tomando color dicho locro, lo digo por el color amarillo, lo cual es por el zapallo, aprovechamos y le agregamos cebolla de verdeo cortada bien pequeña, nuevamente volvemos a mesclar muy bien todo, el locro para que salga blando lo dejamos en agua de un dia para el otro, cuando vamos a cocinar.

Le agregamos mas agua si hace falta, lo revolvemos, le agregamos mas leños, para darle mas temperatura, como se puede ver en la foto, el vapor eso es porque, esta hirviendo muy bien todo, lo cual seria la parte final del proceso de cocinado.

La verdad amigos, que al cocinar de esta manera o sea con leños, todo es mas natural, mas cuando de cocinar un locro de esta índole, el cual una ves terminado lo podemos apreciar al comienzo del post, en donde esta el plato con el locro, listo para ser degustado y por supuesto invitar a varios amigos.

As we can see, the locro is already taking color, I say it by the yellow color, which is because of the pumpkin, we take advantage and add green onion cut very small, again we return to mix everything very well, the locro so that it comes out soft we leave it in water from one day to the other, when we are going to cook.

We add more water if necessary, we stir it, we add more logs, to give it more temperature, as you can see in the picture, the steam is because it is boiling very well, which would be the final part of the cooking process.

The truth friends, that when cooking in this way or with logs, everything is more natural, more when cooking a locro of this kind, which once finished you can see it at the beginning of the post, where is the plate with the locro, ready to be tasted and of course invite several friends.
