Buenos días todos mis amigos de steemit, con quienes paso gran parte de mi vida y de los días que van transcurriendo en esta vida, la cual no la elegimos, pero al estar presente en este mundo, en donde cumplimos nuestra existencia en el ciclo de vida que nos toca, bueno lo digo así, porque no sabemos cuando la dejaremos de existir, eso solamente dios lo sabe, pero en la medida que estamos presentes, somos una partícula mas que pulula en este espacio que es el plantea tierra, asimismo tratando siempre de salir adelante, así se nos pasa el tiempo, es por eso que estoy muy agradecido con todos ustedes, con quienes comparto un poco de mi vida, en ocasiones como esta el de publicar esta sabrosa comida , que comparto un día domingo, la cual consiste en un sabroso asado, que contiene chorizo casero, morcilla, centro de entraña. costilla de carne de cerdo, y costilla de ternera, que es carne de res, bueno la manera de preparar todo esto es la siguiente, lo primero es prender el fuego con un poco de leña, luego agregamos el carbón vegetal, una ves que se prende todo y ya comienza a salir las brasas, las cuales tienen que estar bien encendidas, luego agregamos la parrilla, la limpiamos y le agregamos la carne, antes mencionada, cuando esta se dora en la parte de abajo la damos vuelta, para que se dore la parte de arriba.

De esa manera concretamos este sabroso asado, el cual se lo cocina muy lentamente, para que salga bien cocido, jugoso y por supuesto bien sabroso.
