DEGUSTANDO UN ASADO EN UN CAMPING---ENJOYING A BARBECUE AT A CAMPSITE

Buenos días a todos, espero se encuentren gozando de una buena salud, ese es mi deseo, el cual lo siento así por el hecho de que se esta haciendo viral a nivel mundial que se esta gestando otra cepa a la que llaman LA GRIPE DEL MONO, pobre animal, ni los monos se salvan, jajajaja, es por eso es mi preocupación y es por eso que recomiendo tener y respetar todos los protocolos que precede de las autoridades sanitarias, para prevenir a la sociedad toda a nivel mundial, pro supuesto en lo personal y en la medida que se pueda tenemos que tener en cuenta todos los beneficios favorables referente al mismo, a cuidarse y no dar lugar a dicha gripe, por eso hemos decidido en el día de hoy la familia toda el de compartir un sabroso asado al aire libre, en un camping, en el que es mas riguroso el de prender el fuego del carbón, porque al estar al aire libre, el viento o la brisa se desplaza mas fuerte y se torna un poco difícil pero no imposible, cuando se prende el mismo y esta la brasa colocamos la parrilla y luego la carne que en este caso se trata de tiras de costilla de res, vacío y chorizo casero de carne de cerdo, mientras se disfruta del lugar se cocina la carne toda.

Luego cuando ya esta la carne cocinada y hemos estado disfrutando del lugar jugando al futbol, es la hora de asearnos y a degustar dicho asado con la familia.
