Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta y sabiendo que la rutina de los dias domingos siempre termina en una comida, la cual es muy tradicional, por el hecho de que cocinar un exquisito asado es muy bueno,, tambien es bueno cuando la carne a cocinar se trata de alitas de pollo y tiras de asado de costilla de carne de res, chorizo y morcilla.
Para empesar encendemos el fuego, cuand se hace la brasa, es cuando agregamos la parrilla, para que se caliente el hiero, de esa manera la limpiamos muy bien, luego agregamos la carne antes mencionada y dejamos que se cocine bien, como pueden ver la foto se movio un poco, es porque el fuego esta muy caliente , pero esta saliendo todo muy bien.
Tambien lo que no debe faltar, es el pan, cortado en rodajas y colocado en dicha parrilla para que se cocine en ambos lados, el cual tambien es como la mandioca que no debe de faltar en un sabroso asado.
Hablando de mandioca, para preparar la misma, coloco una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agrego agua caliente y cuando esta comienza a hervir, le agrego dicha mandioca, para que se cocine a fuego lento, de esa forma sale bien blanda.
De esta manera amigos tenemos un almuerzo muy deseado de los dias domingos, me refiero al asado, con mandioca y pan tostado, que la verdad salio todo muy exquisito.

In this way friends we have a very desired lunch on Sundays, I mean the roast, with cassava and toasted bread, the truth is that everything came out very delicious.
