Sufle of potato and ham - Recipe.
Good Stemians, it gives me great pleasure to be once again sharing my exquisite recipes for those who love cooking.
Today I bring you a super simple and economical HUSBAND OF PAPA AND HAM
To start with this delicious bite we are going to need these ingredients:
- 500 g of mashed potatoes (5 or 6 large potatoes).
- 200 grs of ham preferably smoked.
- 4 large eggs
- 30 grs of butter and salt.
- 200 grs of bacon.
Preparation:
- Mash the previously cooked potatoes to puree until smooth.
- Add the previously cut cream, egg yolks, ham and bacon.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the puree gently stirring from bottom to top.
- We turn on the oven at high temperature.
- We spread the walls and the bottom of the molds with a little butter, we distribute the mash between them and leave in the oven for 15 minutes.
- We serve immediately.
