Jackfruit fruit if young still needs to be processed again in order to consume. There are many dishes that result from processing young jackfruit. Like, vegetables lodeh, coconut milk sauce yellow, to gulai and stir-fried young jackfruit.
Sambal is a spicy sauce with the main ingredients prepared from crushed peppers to extract chili syrup and added other ingredients such as salt and shrimp paste.
