In Australia, the typical dishes associated with Indian cuisine are butter chicken, rogan josh, chicken tikka etc.
Last weekend I was exposed to Indian cuisine quite different from what I've been used to. The dishes came from a region in India called Gujarat and are known as 'chaat', a type of Indian street food. It was so delicious!
Thanks to my sister's fiancé and future in-laws for introducing us to something new!
