Seriously, i have not heard about duck ramen..... pretty unusual for me. Maybe i should go try this. Ducks are one of the hardest meat to cook right in my opinion. Glad that itz good!
Thanks for your comment. I agree with you that duck ramen is not that common, even in Japan. This is worth a try.
