Good habits that practice social and health are good. For every living, a good practice is needed. 1 of these good habits is good food habits. Good food habits do not mean just eating good food. Good food habits mean healthier. This habit, but with the help of our body, helps keep the mind alive. But if you want to make food habit better then you have to follow some rules.

Follow these rules:

  • Just have time to take food like that. Everyday food should be taken at the same time. Then at the same time, our brains will tell us about food.
  • A light meal should be eaten in the morning, light food at noon and night. Sleep deprivation occurs during heavy food at night.
  • The food should be eaten 3-4 hours before sleeping at night. You should take a small amount of food at a time without taking too much food.

  • Seasonal fruits should be accepted more.
  • The food that is available in the area should be prepared with daily food list.
  • There should be food from five basic groups of food every day.
  • The nutritional value of food should be cooked properly and stored in the correct rules.
