Making Breakfast the right way

It is 70 degrees today and quite sunny this December in Arizona. I woke up today with quite a full tummy from the previous night of eating the delicious amounts of pastries that were served on Christmas eve. Pumpkin pie, apple pie, panetone, flan, and cookies oh my! Well this morning I decided to make breakfast some easy over eggs which reminded me of how innovative engineering students at Arizona State University are during the scorching hot summers.
