The point is I am sharing photos of meals I create If i have a recipe I will then share it with everyone. None of my cooking is wasted effort, what is wasted effort is having to read your comment!
It is not your cooking which is a wasted effort, that looks delicious. I meant just putting a picture up of it. Surely that is for photography, not food? I want the recipes to try out the dishes. I do read a lot of posts and get frustrated by how many give no details, especially when they are using strange, regional ingredients. By your very name I expected you to be a professional with knowledge at your finger tips to pass on to the community. I would have promoted either of your posts on my daily posts if they had more substance to them. I am sorry if I offended you it was not meant that way. :)X

I will write up a recipe soon and post it. The cheese is cream cheese and in the cream cheese I mix in chopped parsley some lemon juice, garlic and salt. The taste is so good!!
