Philippines Classic Dish Aromatic and Savoury.
TINOLANG MANOK NA MAY TANGLAD NILUTO SA BUHO NG KAWAYAN (CHICKEN SOUP WITH LEMONGRASS COOKED IN FRESHLY CUT BAMBOO TUBES).
Tinola in Tagalog is a soup-based dish served as an appetizer or main entrée usually served with rice in the Philippines. Traditionally, this dish is cooked with chicken, wedges of green papaya, and leaves of siling labuyo (red chilis) in broth flavored with ginger or tanglad (lemongrass), onions and patis (fish sauce). A common variant substitutes pork or seafood for chicken, chayote instead of green papaya or moringa leaves known as malungay instead of pepper leaves.
The taste of the food cooked from bamboo is definitely different Aromatic and Fragrant. All natural contrast to all metal.
