Cooking steps:

    红薯 300g 面粉 100g 山楂酱 50g 芝士碎 50g
    黑芝麻 适量 白糖 适量 油 适量

烹饪步骤:
1、红薯切薄片,上锅蒸15分钟,至筷子轻易穿透的程度。蒸好的红薯,用铲子(或勺子、擀面杖)压碎,加入适量白糖,搅拌均匀。
2、红薯泥中加入面粉,揉匀,揉好的面团比较柔软,不太粘手。
3、揪30g左右的一个面团,揉圆后压成饼状,用勺子在饼面上涂一层山楂酱,再撒适量芝士碎。
4、像包汤圆一样,把面皮逐渐收口,揉圆,表面撒上芝麻后再压扁一点点。
5、电饼铛预热后抹油,放入做好的红薯饼,饼表面也抹一层油,盖上盖子,煎大概2分钟。
6、完成了,红薯香甜,山楂酸甜,芝士流心,太好吃了。
