well, I know someone who likes this kind of salad because he was once living in New Zealand for years and getting used to the vegan life and selling avocado now, I'll show him this recipe.. thanks for the recipe @rawadventuress, I never tried to make any dressing with avocado before except for the smoothie and sekuteng. have a wonderful kale seasons!
Thank you, Cici! Sounds like an exciting transition, what did this man do before selling avocados? Someone with such a job already won over my sympathy, I love avos! And they are so great as a dressing, I prepare them much like guacamole and they give salads the perfect creaminess, you should try one day! 💚
Well.. he is actually a lecturer in a university but he likes trading too, and he has to take care of his sick mother and don't have enough time to take another part time job, so because he studied marketing while he was in NZ, he just doing his hobby then😊 and you know... I always get the free avos from him 😅 what a neighbour.
