Culinary post in 4 parts

Hello my dear friends and readers of my blog! Today I will show You a few recipes of different dishes that can be prepared for lunch, and then take them with you to work, on nature or just sitting at the computer, reading a tape Voices to arrange a small snack :) the Recipes of all the dishes is very simple and to cook them you don't need to look for special products or for a long time to stand at the stove.

Part No. 1
Someone who likes to have all with the bread, but someone does not eat at all. But I love freshly baked bread, especially if the bread I bought at the store and baked it myself. And bread to name a dish? I think Yes!

Aren't they delicious?

For the preparation of a first dish we will need the following ingredients:

  • Flour – 0.5 kg
  • Water – 325 ml
  • Dry yeast – a quarter teaspoon
  • Salt - 1.5 teaspoon

Buns, or rather the dough they need to start cooking in the evening. You should start approximately at 21-00 – 22-00 PM. Don't be surprised such a late time. To cook them I'll be on the classic recipe of French baguette. This recipe I saw in various magazines and on numerous culinary websites.

Historians say that the French bread - the baguette appeared in the twenties of the last century. It was a response to the Paris bakers for legislation prohibiting employment earlier than 4 o'clock in the morning. As regular bread, if you start to cook it after 4 hours, no time to be baked at Breakfast Parisians, savvy bakers and invented the technology of making bread baguette, which took less time. The dough for baguettes were wound up from the evening, and the loaf was baked early in the morning, just in time for Breakfast.

But this is not quite classic French baguette into long thin rolls. It will be ordinary round buns. And they are very tasty!

Mix all the ingredients together to make dough and leave it overnight.

During the night the dough is well risen, and it is time to start forming the rolls.

Of this amount, the test I got 11 rolls.

So, our rolls are ready and it's time to move on to the next part.

Part No. 2

It's pretty hard to say when it was cooked the first chop. Not that bone, and that which is fried minced meat. Now, what about this is written in Wikipedia: the dish "chicken" came into the Russian cuisine from the European. And just as in Europe, Russia initially under the cutlet understand a piece of meat with rib bone. From the end of XIX century in Russian cookbooks began to appear "chopped chops" that persisted in the early Soviet publications. In the first "Book of tasty and healthy food" 1939, a cutlet means a piece of meat.

As You may have guessed I'm cooking burgers.
For this we need:

  • Beef
  • Pork
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Egg

I'm not going to specify the amount of ingredients. Burgers can be done on any recipe which you like the most.

Meat and onions skip through Mincer, add salt, egg and mix well.

Of minced meat formed patties and fry in vegetable oil.

Now gradually turn to the third part.

Part No. 3

If the second dish was the meat, it will be vegetarian. It will be the normal salad. For this we need:

  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Vegetable oil

Tomatoes cut into circles.

Cucumbers cut on the diagonal.

All this is placed in a deep plate, add a few drops of vegetable oil you can use olive, and mix well. Allow to soak for a few minutes.

Remove all the excess from the table, wash the pan where you fried patties and move on to the final part of our little culinary adventure ;)

Part # 4 Final

For the fourth part we will only need one ingredient, as the rest are ready. It's cheese. I took the existing cheese in slices. If You don't, you can use any other. The taste is not affected.

Our cut rolls crosswise on the bottom part put the tomatoes and cucumbers from our salad, they put a cutlet and a slice of cheese. And close it all the top of the buns.
