Zebra cake

A marbled, easy ... a zebra cake? Too easy ! I am always amazed by these simple cakes to make, without complicated ingredients, and which have a wow effect when cut. Whether for a birthday party (with a nice chocolate topping), to taste it (to soak in the milk) or to bring to the office (history to please his colleagues), this easy recipe of zebra cake is perfect .

ingredients:
300 g flour
150 ml milk
150 ml of sunflower oil
200 g sugar
Vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 C. Coffee baking
1 pinch of salt
2 c. Unsweetened cocoa

Recipe steps:
Whisk the sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl
Add the oil and milk, continue mixing
Add yeast, salt and flour. Mix until you get a nice smooth, shiny cake dough, which you divide into 2
In one of the halves, add the cocoa powder with 2 tsp. Water and mix well
In a buttered cake pan, divide 3 tsp. Cocoa paste in the center, the dough will spread out in a circle
In the middle of this first circle, arrange delicately a c. Of dough, then once it spread, a c. Coconut paste in the center.
Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes
